If it concerns a specific ride, include the link to it — that tells us more than a description usually can.

Report a rider, a ride, or a photo

In RollOut, tap “⋯” next to a rider and choose Report, or tap the flag on a photo. To report a ride, report its leader from the ride’s page. You can also email help@joinrollout.com and tell us who or what you are reporting and why. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours.

We remove content and accounts that break our Terms of Service. Anything that puts a rider at risk is handled first.

Block a rider

Tap “⋯” next to a rider and choose Block. You won’t see each other in search, connections or people you’ve ridden with, they can’t send you a connection request, Rally you or join rides you lead, and we won’t tell them. Their photos, ride plans and rides on Find are hidden from you. Unblock them any time under Blocked riders on your Connections page.

Riding with people you don’t know

A RollOut is a real ride with real people. Our Group Riding Guide covers how a group ride works and what riders expect of each other.

Ride at the posted pace, and if a ride is not what it said it was, tell us.
