Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

Cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crashes, collisions, falls, equipment failure, road hazards, weather conditions, traffic, physical injury, illness, and death. By using RollOut or participating in any Rollout you find, join, or create through the platform, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with cycling and related activities.

You are solely responsible for evaluating your own fitness, skill level, equipment, route conditions, weather, traffic, and overall safety before participating in any RollOut.

RollOut is a scheduling and coordination platform. It helps riders discover and organize rides with other cyclists. RollOut does not organize, supervise, lead, or guarantee the safety of any ride. Ride leaders are independent users of the platform, not RollOut employees, agents, or representatives.

RollOut does not provide medical, fitness, coaching, or professional safety advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing any exercise program.

You agree to follow all applicable laws, traffic rules, helmet requirements, and safe cycling practices. You are responsible for your own conduct, equipment, and safety, and for confirming ride details (time, location, distance, pace) before participating. RollOut provides general group riding guidance in its Group Riding Guide; following this guidance is encouraged but does not replace your own judgment, experience, and responsibility for your own safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RollOut LLC, its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising from your use of the platform or participation in any Rollout — including rides you create, join, or lead.

By using RollOut, you release RollOut LLC, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in cycling activities coordinated through the platform.

Ride details (schedules, routes, distances, pace, leader information) are provided by users and may change without notice. RollOut does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any ride listing.

RollOut is for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or to participate in any RollOut. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

This is not incidental. The Assumption of Risk and Release above require you to accept legal responsibility for your own participation, and a minor cannot validly give that acceptance. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact help@joinrollout.com.

RollOut has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or send anything through RollOut — including your profile, photos, ride details, The Plan, route files, connection requests, and Rallies — that is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or deceptive, that impersonates another person or organization, or that puts another rider's safety at risk.

You also agree not to abuse, harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users, whether on the platform or on a ride; not to submit false or misleading information; and not to use RollOut for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

You can report objectionable content or an abusive user at any time from within RollOut, or by emailing help@joinrollout.com, as described on our Support page. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours: content that violates these Terms is removed, and the user who posted it is removed from RollOut. You can also block any user from within RollOut.

RollOut may remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that violates these Terms, at its discretion and without prior notice.

RollOut may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
